During our individual online sessions, we will talk about and pinpoint your areas of need and create a plan to work to meet your goals. Sessions will be held over Skype, Google Hangouts, or FaceTime.
Length: Individual sessions last one hour and recur weekly in order to meet your goals.
Types of sessions: Sessions will focus on any aspect pertaining to mental/physical health.(Anxiety, general wellbeing, meditation, muscle exercises, etc.) Please specify you specific needs in the form below and I will plan accordingly.
