During our individual sessions, we will talk about and pinpoint your areas of need and create a plan to work to meet your goals.
Length: Individual sessions last one hour and recur weekly in order to meet your goals.
Types of sessions: Sessions will focus on any aspect pertaining to mental/physical health.(Anxiety, general wellbeing, meditation, muscle exercises, etc.) Please specify you specific needs in the form below and I will plan accordingly.
Location: I conduct sessions in DeLand, FL but am also willing to travel to locations in the central Florida area.
